Ticket Information

• Your NMSA ticket is valid for all AANP in-person conference talks.
• 2024 graduates, purchase your tickets through NMSA!
• Special NMSA-member pricing is available only if you are signed into your NMSA account, and your membership is active. Please contact membership@naturopathicstudent.org if you have any questions. 
• Save $25 per ticket by purchasing a buddy pass! This option is only available to members.
• Early Bird Tickets: available until May 31, 2024

  • Member Buddy Pass (2 Tickets): $400 save $25 per ticket!
  • Non-Member: $275
• Late Bird Tickets: starting June 1, 2024

Refund Policy for 2024 NMSA Conference at Chicago, IL
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 NMSA Conference. Before purchasing your tickets, please carefully review our refund policy outlined below:1. Full Refund - Early Bird Pricing Period:
  - A full refund is applicable only for tickets purchased before the early bird pricing period ends.
  - Early bird pricing deadlines will be clearly communicated, and any refund requests must be made prior to the conclusion of this period.
  - After the early bird pricing period ends, no full refunds will be issued.2. Partial Refund - Up to 1 Month Prior to the Event:
  - For tickets purchased after the early bird pricing period and up to 1 month prior to the event, a partial refund may be requested.
  - The partial refund will be calculated, excluding any non-refundable fees and expenses incurred by the organizers.3. No Refunds - Week of the Event:
  - No refunds will be granted during the week leading up to the event.
  - This is due to the logistical arrangements and commitments made by the organizers, where ticket costs are allocated to cover various event-related expenses, including but not limited to food, branding, and conference gifts.Refund Request Process:
  - To request a refund, please contact our VP of Membership, Jamie Punzi (membership@naturopathicstudent.org) with your transaction details.
  - Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the guidelines.
